I have six years of tutoring experience across subjects like English rhetoric, ESL, and, of course, the LSAT. I believe that students are much more familiar with LSAT concepts than they might think—after all, we use argument and logic every day. The challenge lies in recognizing, naming, and analyzing the techniques we already use.
I earned a 173 on the LSAT but ultimately decided against law school, instead moving to Japan to teach English. When I still found myself looking up LSAT questions to puzzle over during my lunch breaks, I realized the LSAT had become a permanent part of my life. I'm a first-generation college graduate and I'm especially attuned to the challenges and anxieties that entails, but I'm excited to help anyone achieve their LSAT goals.

I have three years tutoring experience, focusing on LSAT tutoring for the past year. After self-tutoring my way to a 174, I now enjoy assisting clients with general test taking strategy, time management, problem-specific strategies and tools for success. I truly believe that anyone can achieve success on the LSAT, provided they are intrinsically motivated, and able to put in the time. I have experience with neurodivergent students, including those with autism and ADHD. In my free time, I enjoy playing and designing board games as well as fire spinning.

I have spent over five years and many thousands of hours teaching the LSAT. My tutoring style is easygoing and compassionate and I focus on building confidence and resilience, as well as managing test anxiety. Many of my students have achieved significant score increases, thousands of dollars in scholarships, and admissions to top law schools.
I earned a 172 on the LSAT and graduated from NYU Law in 2011. Afterward, I had a successful career as a litigator in New York City before leaving practice to travel the world. I am an accredited yoga and meditation teacher as well as a former lawyer. I believe that the most effective approach to LSAT tutoring blends rigorous analytical training with holistic tools that support students' physical and mental wellbeing.
