LSAT Tutoring

ABOUT LSAT TUTORING

Personalized service from a small, experienced team

Each one of our tutors is not only good at the LSAT, they actually like the test. Strange? Fair enough! But it works to your benefit. We hire tutors who are passionate about cracking the code of this elegantly crafted test.

Customizable one-on-one tutoring

We connect to you via videochat so you can learn from the comfort of your own home

Each session is conducted over video and with access to our proprietary notes, curated over the past twenty years to contain all the most common mistakes to look out for. Many companies expect you to pay the same rate for large classes as we charge for individualized tutoring, where you are the only student so you get all the attention from the teacher.

Two things we do differently than any other company

We don’t organize your mistakes by question type.
    • What is the precise reason you missed this question? You didn’t miss it “because it’s a flaw question.” You missed it for some acute reason that it is our job to find.
    • Did you fall for the Phantom Only? Did you fail to realize that “Goes against the political orthodoxy” refers back to a “controversial” opinion?
You won’t pay us to proctor questions
    • Your parents can do that for you, or a very (very) good friend.
    • We expect each student to be prepared with at least one completed practice test per session. This not only holds you accountable and ensures you are practicing enough to improve, but also serves as your custom curriculum for each session.
Applications & Admissions Consulting

We can help you with school applications and admission essays too. Free with a package.

After practicing law in southern California for a few years, one of our founders Josh went back to school and got his MFA in creative writing at the University of Michigan.

As a published writer, he can offer valuable advice on your personal essays – and this service is included, free of charge, for any student who purchases a tutoring package.

As a former attorney and a graduate of University of Michigan Law School, Josh will be able to guide you through the entire application process with the confidence of someone who has not only been through it himself, but who has helped hundreds of students navigate the same waters.

PROFESSIONAL HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE

Reach out to your tutors with ease.

If you need to get in touch with your tutor, don’t hesitate to send a text. Whether you’re looking to reschedule a session, clarify an assignment, or just had a rough practice test and need a bit of encouragement, your tutor is there to support you. Reaching out, even just to say you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, is always better than keeping it to yourself. Communication helps keep things on track and ensures you get the help you need, when you need it.
